•  For pricing – square footage of house to be inspected. (Separate out-buildings are additional.)

•  Disclosure form & sale description sheet. (If house is being sold a disclosure form is required in the State of Ohio.)

•  Twelve to twenty-four hour notice. (But same-day inspections can be arranged.)

•  You, or a representative for you, are requested to be present at the time of the inspection, usually lasting 3-5 hours.

•  Payment is due at the time of the inspection.
